1) a voice synthesis system in Java, apart from FreeTTS. I would prefer if it's in LGPL license.
2) voices for FreeTTS that are not MBROLA. I would need I could use them for a commercial application (that's why I don't want MBROLA). I also would like a voice for FreeTTS that is female.
